With over 20 years of ministerial experience, our founder Chaplain J. Manuel Martinez has learned to transition and adapt in different settings. From serving as associate pastor, evangelist, church planter, US Army Reserve chaplain candidate, to providing chaplaincy services to the City of Tracy, he has become a key ally to churches in the community. By responding to local community calls, visiting hospitals, and providing faith based classes inside our local prisons, we are bringing the chapel to the community.  Our burden for souls goes beyond the church walls, as we also serve the recovery community with Life Recovery Groups and addiction counseling services .
