With over 25 years of ministerial experience, our founder J. Manuel Martinez has learned to transition and adapt in different settings. From serving as associate pastor, planting churches, to providing chaplaincy services in the US Army Reserve and the City of Tracy, he has become a key ally to churches in the community.  Currently serving inside our local prisons, Chaplain Martinez is bringing the chapel to the inmates.  His burden for souls goes beyond the church walls and his ministry continues to evolve, as challenging times require strategic evangelism.
